How does the the Agency Success System work?
Every client begins from the same starting point. Then, depending on preference, you can join a one-on-one coaching program with Jess or attend our community program. The choice is entirely yours and we see amazing results both ways.
To kick off, we'll run through an initial full business assessment which allows Jess to review what's working and your current challenges. This is used to determine the key projects to work on together and assess over your next 12 months.
If you enter Jess's community program stream, you'll join two live monthly coaching sessions with Jess. In these sessions, Jess teaches a new business or sales system based on industry advancement and needs. You can also look forward to two live day intensives in both Noosa and Melbourne (June and November every year). It's a rare opportunity to network, blow off some steam and gain unparalleled access to systems that grow your business.
Every person who joins our program also obtains access to our Elite Agency Success System portal that contains our core learning systems and a calendar of events with upcoming training.
Who is this program for?
The Agency Success program is for real estate businesses with a sales team. It works from the top down: Firstly, Jess works with the agency's business leader/owner. Once he establishes your core business model, he can then begin working with your sales team to implement key projects and systems.
Who will teach me?
This is simple – Just Jess and no one else. He has many years experience of being in clients' shoes as a both a salesperson and business leader/owner. During his career, Jess was ranked inside the top 2% of agents in Australia and was a six time award winner of the top ranked Victorian real estate businesses. Students of Jess's system can be assured his expertise comes purely from hands on, real world experience — meaning students can be assured they're learning from the best.
How long does the Agency Success System run for?
Participants go through a 30 day trial period where all doors are open to the back end of the program. This period is used for Jess and all of the participants to get to know each other before entering the main program for 12 months. After the 12 month period is complete, participants will enter a month to month period, where you'll receive one on one mentorship check ins with Jess.
When does the Agency Success System commence?
The program begins at any time you are ready. All of our clients are at different stages of growth and program progression. You'll be able to learn from businesses who are further advanced, and see evidence of implementation as you go on your own journey.
